Varietal: 45% Macabeo, 20% Xarel-lo, 35% Parellada

Viticulture & Vinification Notes: Fruit is picked from very old vines. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle. Minimum aging of 48 months. Limited production with numbered bottles. Straw-like yellow with golden reflections. Fine and persistent slow-evolving bubbles.
