Viticulture & Vinification Notes: Second fermentation in the bottle with a minimum of 24 months aging in the cavas.

Notes From The Winemaker: Agusti Torello Mata Reserva shows very fine, small bubbles that evolve slowly forming a consistent rosary and crown in the glass. In the nose there is a subtle aging scent with creamy notes of fresh butter against a background of ripe fruit. The final impression of this cava is extremely pleasant with ample development in the mouth. This cava sparkles with ripe dry fruit and toasted notes! Enjoy with shellfish, seafood sauces, poultry, cured meats and cheeses. Pure elegance!
