Varietal: 100% Xarel-lo
Viticulture & Vinification Notes: Must fermented directly in new French oak barrels and did not do the malolactic fermentation in order to preserve a good acidity. Wine remained inside the barrels for one month after which it passed to the tanks where it aged with its lees for two months with periodic stirring.
Notes From The Winemaker: Pleasant light golden colour, this wine stands out for its mature fruits notes like banana, together with a wide range of elegant citric and floral nuances. It is powerful, sweet-toothed and balanced. Creamy entrance, blended with an elegant and fresh citric sensation. It is a very versatile wine that goes very well with a wide range of dishes.
