Varietal: 100% Tempranillo

Viticulture & Vinification Notes: The grapes are hand-selected before undergoing maceration in stainless steel tanks. Must is extracted by a pneumatic press before it undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel presses. The wine is then barrel aged for 12 months in different types of oak, French, American and Russian from the Caucasus before going to bottle.       

Notes From The Winemaker: This is a deep red wine with a medium-high depth, aromas of black fruit species, bakeries, dairy products, compoted fruit and a long retronasal sensation that lasts on the palate.
