Viticulture & Vinification Notes: The fruit is carefully hand-selected. In the winery fermentation occurs in both stainless steel and wooden tanks.      

Notes From The Winemaker: Contains fruity aromas of red currents and black berries. It leaves an agreeable and lasting taste in the mouth with hints of licorice and juanola sweets. The lack of astringency makes it pleasant to the palate and its is the most important feature that differentiates the carbonic macerated wines.
