Bel Sit Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2008

Varietal: 100% Moscato

Viticulture & Vinification Notes: The fruit is sourced from 10 year old vines planted in limestone soils. The grapes are gently pressed being undergoing fermentation in stainless steel using the Charmat method. The wine is bottled and left to age for two months before being released to the market.  

Notes From The Winemaker: Bright with a delicate straw color. There is a nice aromatic nose of peach and ripe fruit. On the palate there are notes of honey and peach. Well-suited with sweets and particularly hazelnut cakes (a speciality of the region of Asti).
