Chateau Belingard Bergerac Sec 2010

Item # BELS10

Varietal: 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Sémillon, 20% Muscadelle

Viticulture & Vinification Notes: The grapes are harvested at their optimal maturity, after which they go through a direct pressing or “skin-contact” maceration process, and sedimentation at 5°C. The fermentation process is temperature-controlled (12 to 18°C). When all the sugars have been transformed, the wine is aged on fine lees, stirred and aerated. It is then fined and filtered before bottling.

Notes From The Winemaker: Flowers, boiled sweets and exotic fruits on the nose; fresh on the palate with a long finish.
