Varietal: 100% Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

Viticulture & Vinification Notes: Fruit is destemmed. Must undergoes a 5-day cold-soak and fermentation begins with native yeasts. Barrel-aged on the lees in 75% new French oak.

Tasting Notes: Nose of ripe black fruit with hints of mushroom, spice and forest. On the palate, the wine is balanced with a wild berry and plum flavors.
