Built in 1435, the gorgeous historic castle has secretly been called Kellnerey (German for wine cellar) by locals as the estate uses its famous cellar to store and age their wines. Surrounding the castle are 25 hectares of some of the best vineyards in the area. The fruit is planted in vineyards dating back to 1114 that are the steeply sloped with ideal soils and good exposure to light.
