Viticulture & Vinification Notes: The fruit is sourced from the stunning Grand Cru vineyard Brand. The ancient vineyard has fine granite soils with little capacity to retain water. Good exposure to sunlight as well as good elevation results in a long ripening period. The grapes are hand-selected and the wine is fermented dry.
