Varietal: 30% Pinot Blanc, 30% Sylvaner, 20% Riesling, 15% Pinot Gris, 5% Muscat

Viticulture & Vinification Notes: Alluvial soil. Grapes are hand-picked fro 30 year-old vines, fermented in Alsatian foudres, and aged sûr lies for 8-10 months.

Tasting Notes From The Winemaker: Pale yellow color with light green highlights. Nose of delicate lemon with exotic fruit hints. Palate is fine and pure steady by a long and fresh acidity.
