Viticulture & Vinification Notes: Fruit is hand-selected and sourced from vines with an average age of 30 years. Fermented in stainless steel and is lightly aged sûr lies before bottling.

Notes From The Winemaker: Elegant pale straw-yellow with greenish hues gives a clean, intense nose where fruity aromas respond to the varietal characteristics. Extremely fresh on the palate, balanced with body and acidity. The retronasal profiling gives a winy, harmonious nature, with a long, marked palate. Extremely well developed in bottle. Ideally served at 12º.
