Varietal: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Viticulture & Vinfication Notes: 13.5% alcohol. Barrell-aged for 12 months in French oak.

Tasting Notes: Dark garnet color. Versatile wine with a nose of truffles and long leaf tobacco. Flavors of black berries, black currants and black plums accompanied by mid-palate nuances of mint and capsicum with trailing tones of cinnamon and dark chocolate in a lingering finish.
