Varietal: 100% Trousseau

Viticulture & Vinification Notes: The best bunches are hand-picked from “La Parcelle des Dames”. Juice is fermented in a foudre and barrel aged for at least one year in French oak.

Andrew Bell: Wild strawberry and wild raspberry. Slight note of pepper a la grenache just not as powerful, light in color and medium body on the palette. Bright acid, served slightly chilled can go with fish and light meats.
