Arrayán
Ten years ago the owners of Bodegas Arrayán began their winemaking adventure meticulously sourcing a tiny but outstanding 26 hectare plot of land on the La Verdosa estate located just northeast of Toledo. After strategic planning and careful study of the land and soil, the owners planted the stunning vineyard with a rigorous selection of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and
Petit Verdot vines in 1999. Surrounded by Mediterranean oak trees the vineyard sits at 500m above sea level and features very deep, sandy soils with terrific drainage. The owners’ goal to produce top of the line wines is achieved using a high skilled team both in the vineyard and winery as well as innovative techniques. Bodegas Arrayán produces a limited quantity of outstanding wines.
