Viticulture & Vinification Notes: Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12 months in American oak and 12 months in bottle before release.

Notes From The Winemaker: Powerful with great complexity given to its perfect balance of floral aromas, with spicy hints of clove and pepper, cloaked in a subtle vanilla aroma from wood ageing. Persistent effect in the mouth brings out the elegance of its tannis which enhaces its balance and roudness.
