Moraga White 2005

ITEM # MORW05

Varietal: A blend of two different Sauvignon Blanc clones

Viticulture & Vinification Notes: Aged in stainless steel tanks with light exposure to oak. The first commercial release was in 2000 of the 1998 vintage.

Notes From The Winemaker: This very attractive wine is aromatic, floral, and perfumed with fresh ripe melon, nectarine, and pineapple. An intricate mélange of white peach, grapefruit zest, and tangerine creats a harmonious flavor profile that reveals a core of sweet, ripe fruit. The 2004 vintage is not dominated by any single note, but is composed of layer upon layer of flavor and aroma components. Like all Moraga whites, this wine is full, viscous, and round with a luscious, persistent finish.
