Varietal: 100% estate grown Chardonnay

Viticulture & Vinification Notes: Part of the fruit is fermented in

barrel and part in stainless steel. The wines is bottled unfined and

unfiltered. 400 cs production.

Notes From The Winemaker: A beautifully crafted, well-balanced

wine with lovely notes of apple, pear and star fruit. Smooth

mouthfeel with just enough oak to provide complexity and depth.

We’ve converted many a non-chardonnay drinker with this wine.
