Viticulture & Vinification Notes: Made from three rare Dijon clones of

Pinot Noir, all from the estate fruit of Sapphire Hill Vineyards.

Fermented with native yeast, the wine was bottled unfined and

unfiltered. 610 cs production.  

Notes From The Winemaker: The 2005 Pinot Noir evokes rich black

cherry, tea, and wild berry flavors. There is great complexity and

beautiful mouthfeel.
