Viticulture & Vinfication Notes: The fruit is sourced from nearly 100

year-old head-pruned vines in Bastoni Vineyards. Yields: less

than 2 tons/acre. Bottled unfiltered and unfined. 250 case production.

 

Notes From The Winemaker: The fruit explodes with layers of dark

plums, blackberry and spice. Made from nearly 100 year-old head-

pruned vines yielding less than 2 tons per acre. Bottled unfiltered

and unfined.
