Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir    

Viticulture & Vinification Notes: Cold soaked before undergoing cool temperature steel fermentation and then malolactic fermentation in French oak. Barrel aged for 11 months in Burgundian cooperage.  1892 cs production.

Wine Spectator Magazine: A savory, earthy style, with loads of spice, wild berry, tar, sage and tea notes that thin out, making this an appealing wine that leaves you hoping for more depth on the midpalate.

Wine Enthusiast Magazine: 88 Points. Silky and crisp, this Pinot plays it right down the middle, offering an immediately appealing savor, but with enough complexity for purists. The cherry, red currant and black raspberry flavors are finished with 50% new French oak.
