Varietal: 100% Riesling

Viticulture & Vinification Notes: The south-facing vineyard features primarily volcanic soils. Throughout the growing season, only environmentally friendly techniques are used in the vineyard. The wine is fermented dry.

Jancis Robinson: Very very delicate aromatics - evanescence of flowers, spice and lemon, perhaps a hint of nuts. Amazing intensity for a Kabinett. Dry yet rich. Ripe minerally citrus on the palate, with that nutty edge, balanced by powerful freshness. This is dense yet elegant and very long.
