Viticulture & Vinification Notes: The grapes are sourced from 20 year old vines planted in limestone and gravel soils. The climate is Contintental with some Atlantic influences. Fermentation and aging occur in stainless steel tanks.

Notes From The Winemaker: The wine is produced using 100% Verdejo, a varietal known for its fresh and fruity quality. Unctuous on the palate with a pleasant first impression and a notable acidity that is very well integrated. An ideal accompaniment for pasta, rice, vegetables and fish.
