Varietal: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Malvasia

Viticulture and Vinification Notes: Grapes are cultivated by organic farming methods and harvested from a vineyard in the Taranto province. Macerated in temperature-controlled tanks and refined in stainless steal tanks. 

Notes From The Winemaker: Ruby red-colored wine with a rich structure, extracted from typical grapes of salento such as Negromaro and Malvasia Nera. Intense fragrance of ripe fruit, wood and spices; balanced and smooth taste with a final note of carob. Ideal with meat dishes.
