Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Viticulture & Vinification Notes: The grapes are sourced from the San Carlos vineyard that features free-draining alluvial loam/clay soils. The fruit was night-harvested to keep the grapes cool before they were fermented in stainless steel. The wine was then aged on light lees in stainless steel tanks before being filtered and bottled.  

Notes From The Winemaker: Intense notes of lime and grapefruit dominate on the nose leading to pure flavours of nectarine and green apple in the mouth. A bright, zesty acidity imparts excellent structure and length.
