Viticulture & Vinification Notes: The grapes were inoculated with cultured yeasts to begin fermentation before undergoing sterile filtration. 1000 cs production.

Notes From The Winemaker: Complex, vibrant aromas of white peach, green apple peel and star anise. Mouth-filling and rich with dried pineapple-layered ginger, coconut and angelica balanced with bright nectarine acidity.
