Viticulture & Vinification Notes: Grown in a tiny parcel planted in 1950, the fruit is carefully hand selected at harvest. The wine is barrel aged in used French oak.

Tasing Notes: Golden color. Nose of flowers and hazelnut . Long finish. It will accompany fish sauce dishes, or chicken with cream, goat cheese.
